PARKS:

There are three park sites in the Rolling Hills Colony subdivision.  There have been many improvements and repairs in these parks over the past few years.  Some of which have included security cameras, surveillance video cameras, painting pool buildings, entrance gate repairs, restroom improvements, addition of playground equipment and pool fence repairs.  Additional security surveillance video cameras have now been installed at the pool and park/dam area and are being discussed for installation at the front of the subdivision.  Please be sure to securely shut the door when entering and leaving the pool. The board is very committed to improving the recreational facilities in the parks.  If any property owner would like to assist, please contact one of the officers.


VOLUNTEERS ARE ALWAYS NEEDED:

The board is asking residents of Rolling Hills Colony for help in working on our committees.  The committees include Compliance of Deed Restrictions, Parks and Pool, and Architectural Control.  In order to make your dues go further, much of the work is done by board members and volunteers within our community.  Anyone interested in helping on with a committee, please contact one of the board officers.  Help make Rolling Hills a better community for everyone!


COMMUNITY EFFORTS:

Neighbors helping neighbors - in the past, work days were organized to assist some of Rolling Hills Colony residents. Dog fences were built, yards were cleaned, a wheelchair access was constructed, all benefiting our neighbors.  If you see one of your neighbors in need, reach out and help them.  If the need requires more manpower or additional resources, please contact one of the board members and we will assist in organizing help however possible.

Meeting will be held May 7, 2017 at 2:00 pm at the park on Leitrim street.

POOL:

The pool will open May 7 for the 2017 summer season. Please remember to securely shut the door when entering and leaving the pool area.  Current Pool keys are required when visiting this area. Violations will be treated as a trespassing offence and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law by the Rolling Hills Colony POA board in corporation with Waller County Law Enforcement.  Additional security cameras have been installed at the pool and surrounding area. If you have not yet paid your annual dues, you may do so in person at the next regular monthly meeting and receive Park & Pool keys, or mail your dues to P. O. Box 581, Hempstead, TX 77445.   You can also email rollinghillspoa@gmail.com and make arrangements to recieve a pool key.
POOL DOOR is to be LOCKED AT ALL TIMES !!! 

POOL KEYS WILL BE ISSUED AT THE MAY MEETING

DATE FOR THE UPCOMING BOARD MEETING:  

Regular Board Meetings is held on the 4th Monday evening of each month at 7 o'clock, unless a conflicting event or holiday is scheduled that week, in which case it is usually held the Monday before.  We are excited to hold our meeting at the Rolling Hills Volunteer Fire Department.   Everyone is welcome to attend.
